just an idea for the main card of the villain in the series.

Attribute: fire
type: dragon/synchro
lvl 10
atk: 2800 or 3000
def: 2400 or 2500
effect: this card is unaffected by the effects of monsters that have a lower atk than its own. if this card would be destroyed, you can switch the target to another dragon-type monster on the field.

give me your thoughts on how i could improve it.

very nice effect, also balanced since it is Level 10. Also not an imbalanced effect, quite well done card!
I think there will be a possibility to integrate it into the series, for sure^^
